New Meeting Format

Hi Everyone,

So from next week I'd like to instigate a new meeting format, to make things a bit more 
lively.

I intend to get all the admin stuff out of the way in the first 15 minutes. The remaining 
45 minutes will be for the discussion of any research that we want.

As I'm chair, I'll start by suggesting something we discuss from our list and it will be 
on the agenda for next week.
