Regrets from me for today - travelling home from AccessU.

Here's a short update on the Text Customization for Readability note: Shawn and I spent much of yesterday working face-to-face on developing it further. We now have a revised structure, in which we're adding and editing content, and will aim to have something for internal review in two weeks.
