Are you going to a Meeting or Conference?

Are you going to a conference or a Meeting? Would you be happy to take
flyers for the RDWG to that meeting, would be able to ask the organisers
for a short spot to discuss the RDWG, even at the coffee breaks.

Even if you are just able to place flyers on a table this would be a
great help. Remember, the RDWG is your group as much as it is anyones.
