Mobile Note Draft Public Release

Hi everyone,

We are going to release for public comment the latest Editor Draft of 
the mobile note at:
  - http://www.w3.org/WAI/RD/2012/mobile/note/ED-mobile

Here is how previous comments were addressed, for review too:

The previous survey says we should release:

If you have any comments then please let the list know by Tuesday 16th 
otherwise this is going to be released as per the will of the group as 
expressed in the survey.
