member of the Scientific Committee.

As a member of the Scientific Committee, you would be required to:

  * Disseminate the Call and invite contributions
  * Review submissions and submit comments (per the paper selection
    criteria [2]) - usually this involves reviewing 2-3 papers of 1,000
    words
  * Discuss submissions - usually this involves one or more teleconferences
  * Participate in the online symposium by phone - these are usually
    two-hours

Additionally, you are invited to:

  * Contribute to the symposium programme - at minimum this involves
    reviewing a draft and commenting via e-mail
  * Review and comment on the symposium report (a W3C Working Group
    Note) - this may be 6-12 pages
  * Submit a paper yourself.
