Hello As a person who has a pupil which does not dilate and many other eye issues I hope that this work will ensure that web site design standards ensure that user color settings on our computers are respected and allowed at all times. Bright colors such as white and non transparent gifs give me a headache and thus any site with poor or glittery bright colors is unusable for me. It is like the difference between glossy paper and mat finish in the print world. Glossy finishes are unusable by many people who have low vision and use magnification. In the same way web sites that impose colors and images that are very bright and harsh make the sites not accessible and usable for me. -- Chris Stark
