Based on some input on Scientific Committee (SC) invitations from Simon and Shadi, I've started the following: http://www.w3.org/WAI/RD/wiki/SC

Of course, feel free to edit, add to, and comment directly in the wiki.

I especially welcome suggestions on the invitation e-mail, as I want to send out some for Topic 3 soon.
