It is based on the concept of workspaces. It can be tested online here: http://bscw.fit.fraunhofer.de/ You need to create an account. A commercial version is available in: http://www.bscw.de/ The tool is asynchronous, does not support whiteboard, although it can beused with conferencing software. We are discussing with them the possibility of solving the accessibility issues the tool has (and looking for funding <grin />). If the group wishes, I could try to get Prof. Prinz present in the first event. My group is also working under the umbrella of the IRIS project in what we call the Design Support Environment, but it is not intended at this time to support collaborative Web Design.
