RE: Test-run WCAG-EM website

Don't forget we've still got the university section of Edith Cowan
University who agreed previously that we could use their website.

One option for a site for testing is
http://www.incobs.de/home.html

This is the English part of the web site, and one could constrain the test
to that.

The site should be fully WCAG 2.0 AA accessible (but we haven't tested it
ourselves) - also, it is a responsive site which apart from changing the CSS
does some reordering of the navigation dependent on media queries
breakpoints, si that might be interesting. It also has some dynamich
JavaScript stuff (accordions).

Best,
Detlev
