Circular diagram: it"s nice looking, but lets keep in mind that WCAG-EM says nothing about continued assessment (apart from changing pages in the sample when re-testing) so I think it is not a good match. The waterfall is probably more adequate for the time slice approach to testing described in WCAG-EM.
