Re: updated Methodology document

Dear All, 

That would be great... why don't we do like the HTML5 working group and add the methodology document on to the W3C CVS server.  This would make showing diffs, etc pretty easy.

"The latest stable version of the editor's draft of this specification is always available on the W3C CVS server and in the WHATWG Subversion repository."
