OK, I am easy ;-)

I just note that requiring documentation (that crucial link between 
rating and the page / instance rated documented by the URL and the 
element name or description of state) is less vague and clearly affords 
independent verification across the board, not just by another tester 
with some sort of privileged access to the test and results of another 
tester.

However, I realise that there are commercial contexts where that sort of 
full access may seem a competitive disadvantage, so the methodology 
should probably shy a way from mandating it.

So, I agree.
