ERT WG survey - Section 2.1 of Guide to Features of Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools

Dear ERT WG,

Please complete the following survey *by Tuesday 7 July 2015*, or let me

Background:

This survey is to compare section 2.1 of the 10 October 2014 version to 
the 15 December 2014 version of the editor drafts of "Guide to Features 
of Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools" document:
  - https://w3c.github.io/w3c-waet/WAET.html

The 10 October 2014 version is the technically stable version that has 
been agreed upon by the working group. The 15 December 2014 addresses 
editorial improvements, but may have inadvertently introduced some 
technical imprecision. With this survey we want to compare the 
individual sections first, then revisit the overall organization of the 
sections in a second pass.

If this method of review proves to be fruitful then we will use it for 
the remaining sections of the document, to finalize this deliverable.
