Dear WG, Below are my comments to the latest version of the abstract: - Scope: "It also applies to accessibility checking functionality built into web authoring tools, plug-ins for web browsers". I am not sure whether our document applies to so-called "ancillary" evaluation tools, which, e.g. list the headers, or the images in a page, but without applying a test. If it does, maybe new features should be added (not for this version, for sure), if it doesn't it could be clarified. - Editorial: Typo: replace "individiual" with "individual" Hear you later.
