Dear ERT WG,

As discussed during the previous call, Eval TF would like to request 
approval for publication of the Website Accessibility Conformance 
Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) 1.0 *as an updated Working Draft*.

Please clearly indicate critical issues that must be addressed before 
publication versus general feedback for future improvement.
