Scenario for the “Techniques for Automated and Semi-Automated Evaluation Tools”

Hi all,

Attached you may find the scenario I committed to create for the
Techniques document. It was due last Monday, sorry for the delay, I have
preferred including the complete set of activities where the techniques
may be used. Anyway, it can now serve as an input for next week's audio
meeting.

Maybe you have other ideas on how the techniques can be used. I understand
this is just the goal of defining scenarios: we can all use them to
express our perspectives and ease aligning with each other. I am also
afraid it has become a bit long and 'abstract', it's not always easy to
synthesize a fictional situation and communicate it convincingly.
