MobileOK comments

Dear Group,

We have received responses from the BPWG on our comments on the mobileOK 
Basic Tests 1.0 (recorded in [1], [2], and [3]). Many of them have been 
incorporated into their third Last Call Working Draft, which is out for 
review until 19 October 2007:

Please read the responses carefully, and confirm if you are in agreement

Note: some of the responses by BPWG to Jon Ribbens from SiteMorse were 
mistakenly sent to the ERT WG mailing list. These were not part of our 
group comments and do not need to be reviewed by us (but feel free to do
