Hi, There is a request from the "WCAG 2.0 Test Samples Development Task Force (TSD TF)" to start counting line number and character offsets in the EARL 1.0 Schema with "1". The reason is for better compatibility with the already existing "Test Case Description Metadata", and because most editors/tools do so. Please let me know if you have objections or comments on this.
