Likely regrets, as I said at the face to face meeting. I wil try towrite up he stuf about evidence tomorrow when I have finished the talk I have to give. As I said at the meeting, I am happy to act as a spec editor - whether we have a single spec document or a two-part spec. I think it is important to publish a version soon which updates the schema to at least be valid - since it is simply a new working draft, I don't think there is anything we have to do other than that although it would be nice to include whatever we have as expanded scenario information.
