It is not really clear from the minutes if there are any resolutions to  
the questions posed.

(I am looking for something like "Resolved: That the EARL specification  
will include a section on peanut butter", some explanation of what people  
who could not be at the meeting can do if they disagree with the outcoe of  
the meeting, and of when the issue is actually "closed" - atleast enough  
to go into a new schema draft.
