Hi, As a follow-up to my previous message[1], I contacted Macromedia. They wrote back saying that "unless your software produces swf's then there is no reason to comply with the license agreement". They added that, for software that is intended for the analysis of accessibility issues within swf's, there is no reason to adhere to the Specification Agreement as this case is non applicable. That shows how accessible license agreements are. So I finally agreed to the license[2] and downloaded the spec (which turns out to be a PDF file, of course).
