Updated ISO Schematron and XSLT for TCDL 2.0 to HTML

Hi,

I have made some minor changes in the ISO Schematron file and in the 
XSLT for transforming TCDL 2.0 to XHTML;
see
- <http://bentoweb.org/refs/TCDL2.0/tcdl2.0.tsdtf.sch>,
- <http://www.bentoweb.org/refs/TCDL2.0/tcdl2.0tsdtf_to_xhtml.xslt> 
(copyright date for W3C materials; handling of technologies and features).

I have also added more test samples to the repository, so we now have 
29 test samples that need to be reviewed.
