We have regrets from Christophe, CarlosI, and MikeS. In addition Tim 
will be traveling and may not be able to make it in time.

I'd prefer to redirect your effort time to the upcoming f2f meeting. If 
you can not attend the meeting in person then please attend by phone in 
the afternoon. Please also send your thoughts and comments to the thread 
on requirements to the list so that we can consider them at the f2f:
