[note] Daylight saving time ends in Europe







Dear TSD TF,

Note that Europe is now back to the "normal time", while the US will be 
changing clocks this weekend. The meeting time will be one hour later 
for participants joining from the US. The meeting time is:
  * 13:30-14:30 UTC
  * 14:30-15:30 CET
  * 09:30-10:30 ET

Please make sure to check the meeting time for your specific location:
