meeting postponed

Dear TSD TF participants,

I have received regrets from three participants, so I propose to 
cancel today's meeting. My apologies to those who live in a timezone 
where this meeting would be in the early morning.

If nobody has objections, I would like to postpone the meeting to 
next week. (Otherwise we just maintain the normal schedule and meet 
again in two weeks.) Please let me know if this is a problem.
