Hi, The ISO Schematron now has a stable URL at <http://bentoweb.org/refs/TCDL2.0/tcdl2.0.tsdtf.sch>, where you should alwasy be able to find the most recent version. (Updates will be announced to the list.) The how-to guide is now also available at <http://bentoweb.org/refs/TCDL2.0/tsdtf_schematron.html>.
