test samples submissions / updates

Hi all,

I have merged from the bentoweb latest testsuite to the task force CVS 
the 40 test samples listed in the attached file (based on Christophe's 
bentoweb testsuite status spreadsheet). Most are new submissions to the 
task force and some are updates. I have also updated the wiki Test 
Sample Status List.
