You can choose which reviewer you are by replacing all occurences of 
a reviewer ID with your own name.
So assignments depend on who picks which set. First come, first served ;-)

Using the Schematron files would save you a lot of tedious work 
because they were specifically written to automate most of the 
structure review. If you should run into problems with the 
Schematron, please let me know and I will fix them.
