Hi, Attendees: CarlosV, CarlosI, Michael, Tim, Shadi Since we only had a small group attending, we did an informal meeting. Please find below summaries to some of the topics we discussed: 1. WAI joint meeting on testing <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-ert/2006Dec/0087> - Upcoming joint meeting on testing, on 24 January 2007 in Boston, USA. Participants of the TSD TF are encouraged to join, please contact Michael or Shadi with questions or comments. 2. Bugzilla vs Wiki - Even though some use cases regarding tracking and monitoring issues may not be covered by the Wiki, it may be good to start with since it is fairly simple to set up and configure. - RESOLUTION: go with Wiki as a tool to record test sample reviews - ACTION: Shadi to get in touch with W3C systems folks to set up Wiki 3. Review process - Some of the issues arise due to having too short bullet points in the checklists, it may be better to elaborate more on some of these. More discussion on the mailing list will be useful. - The "testfiles" directory can not be removed due to W3C persistency policy. Instead of abandoning this directory and spawning a new one, it may be better to just change the usage document. - RESOLUTION: change the usage document to reflect "testfiles" dir - ACTION: Shadi update the usage and the review process documents 4. Reflecting expected results in file names - Since this feature could be (more easily) misused by tool developers, it is better to leave the expected result as part of the metadata. - RESOLUTION: no need to change the file naming convention 5. Upcoming work - Now that the tools and review process have been more or less finalized, the next focus should be collecting and reviewing test samples. The Task Force facilitators will assign work and track the progress on the action items. 6. Next teleconference - Tuesday 9 January, 2007 -happy holidays!
