Thanks for forwarding to QA, we would be very happy about comments and feedback.

Please note that it is beyond the scope of TSD TF to develop the metadata from scratch, we need adopt something and use it. However, the ERT WG may be interested in developing something at a later stage. For example and RDF version of the BenToWeb TCDL.
