incorrect url when sorting from Peter R on 2011-12-09 (public-wai-ert-tools@w3.org from December 2011)

Hi,

when you want to sort accessibility tools (
http://www.w3.org/WAI/RC/tools/complete) the button sends get request to
the old url - http://www.w3.org/WAI/RC/tools/complete_list.php<http://www.w3.org/WAI/RC/tools/complete>
which
results in 404 page
change form (id complete) action attribute to correct url
