Hi Richard, The terms and conditions of the latest version of the Web Accessibility Toolbar state: "You may use the Web Accessibility Toolbar Software (the "Software") for your personal or commercial use to help you determine the accessibility of your Web content." source: http://www.paciellogroup.com/resources/wat-ie-about.html If commercial entities contact us to ask for permission to use any of the WAT-C software, we always grant permission, but we do suggest that they make a voluntary donation to support further development.
