Hi, Charlotte, all, I talked to Shawn (asynchronously via the magic of email ;-) and she was OK with me moving the banner from the top to the bottom and keep the GitHub URL as it is the least amount of work. So use https://w3c.github.io/wai-website/ for the testing.
