Is there an update to the visual design?

Hi Alicia,

Thanks for all you are doing on the redesign, much appreciated! When can we
expect to see an update to the visual design based on the feedback from
November's face to face?  No pressure, we chairs are just trying to firm up
our expectation and timelines a bit in preparation for the next series of
EO meetings.
