Hi everyone,Sincere apologies to Shawn, Eric and Brent. James and I joined about 10 minutes late and saw that everyone had given up. James let me know how intense things are at Visa for the last few weeks with lots of travel for everyone, an internal IT Summit that has grabbed attention for the accessibility efforts and other things that are good but take away time and attention. Meeting in the middle of the day for the Visa volunteers is just not working (clearly.) So I submit these for your consideration: 1. What are other possibilities for a weekly meeting time? 2. Here is the agenda from today, annotated by me based on conversation with James April 19, 2017 *Weekly Standup* *(should be very quick)* - What did you do last week? Several of the current pending actions are Eric's, not sure if there is anything to report since Eric left before I joined (again, very sorry) On the Visa side, no new activity on the pending IA - What do you plan to do this week? James will pass along to Charlotte the green light to create her vision of the appropriate final IA (not an interim version) and expects to have that in place within the next couple of weeks. I agreed to contact Sarah Pulis and work with her to create a framework for the editorial guidelines she mentioned at the face to face and suggested that we need as we cull the existing resources. - Do you need any help? Yes, given the continued mention and general support for vetting resources before adding to the new site, James will do a call for all hands on deck to get that done within a few months with the help of everyone. We will use the editorial guidelines and a high level "hives check" of resources to prepare them for migration. James can comment on the impact on the timeline. I also brought this resource to James' attention and was going to share with all, so here it is: The a11y project <http://a11yproject.com/> Thanks! Sharron
