Hi Anna Belle & James & Eric, Based on the call with Judy, Anna Belle, and Shawn today, I've updated the *draft* Work Statement at: <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/WAI_site_TF_Work_Statement> This is still a draft in development - and I expect Anna Belle and others will have some additional tweaks. Main changes: * Refined the Scope, including out of scope * Added Deliverables section * Added straw Timeline -- *James*, would you refine that, please (see notes below) Work statement diffs: * from 24 June version: <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/index.php?title=WAI_site_TF_Work_Statement&diff=16799&oldid=16624> * from 22 June version: <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/index.php?title=WAI_site_TF_Work_Statement&diff=16799&oldid=16577> *James* & others: Some things to note about timeline: I think we need the visual design pretty much decided before we can do much coding, so that should probably get going first. Smart search I think: 1. will need some of Eric's time, 2. can be implemented on the existing site before redesign -- so I think it makes sense to do that soon. As I understand it, a lot of the first part of the work of visual design and IA/nav will be done by different contributors, so they can be *going on concurrently*. Also, I assume the IA/nav will be needed in order to finalize the visual design, so they probably need to have some overlap. I'm not sure how that all works out with James' vision of agile for this project, yet it seems we may have overlapping sprints so that we can keep the work moving along and everyone contributing throughout the next 6 months. :-) Best, ~Shawn
