Here's a note to let you know that we received your email. The prototype you reference is in progress and not ready for review. Indeed most of the things that you mention are in the design specs and just have not yet been implemented.

I appreciate that you took the time to send feedback. We will announce on the WAI IG email list (described at http://www.w3.org/WAI/IG/#mailinglist ) when we have completed the final prototype for review.
