Lexicon: proposed descriptions posted

Dear Lexicon task force,

Sorry for again a new version of our work document, but I want you to be updated.

I have a request to all of you! In the meetings we had with the EOWG in Boston we brought the number of Lexicon entries back to 25 and worked on the descriptions in both mentioned places in the US where we met.
In the new Excel attachment (version 22) you will find the entries with their descriptions in the worksheet Descriptions row 1 - 51.
The ** marked descriptions are agreed by the Lexicon task force,
the ## marked descriptions are agreed by the whole EOWG.
the descriptions marked with a name and one * are propose description, but not agreed yet by the task force.

We are in need of an agreed description for the last four entries: Render, Informative, Normative and Non-normative.

Please read and comment online as soon as possible to get the job done very soon.
