Hello everyone

I've updated the report table. It can be seen at
http://fiers.name/badtf/report/report.htm

The following changes have been made:
- by default principles load unfolded
- icons have been changed to plus and minus images
- not applicable images have been replaced with text
- font-size has been made consistence
- Term column has been renamed to title
- Title column now aligns left
- Vertical border has been added to criteria
- A slight padding has been added to img elements
- Double border between different levels has been changed to a thinner
groove border
- pointer cursor has been added to the first cell so it'll give users a
larger area to click on
- Expand/collapse all rows buttons have been added
