Hi everyone

I've completed work on the first version of the inbetween script, which
can be found at:

To list what I've done since the last update:
- changed visual positions of the annotation icons to match tab order
- Fixed a few positioning bugs
- Positioned the whitebox element to center on the screen
- added event handlers and focus management for better keyboard access

I'd like to hear people's oppinion on what to do with the annotation
hovers. Jan-sjoerd added a tooltip-like element using the focus /
mouseover. However considering all browsers have some soft of default
alternative (IE gives the alt as hover, and FF gives the title) i'm not
sure this behavior should be kept.

For the next meeting I'd like to suggest talking about the annotations
to change them slightly. At the moment the setup is that each technique
would get an annotation. I think (and from what I heard so does Tom)
that we might run out of space if we do that. I would suggest possibly
grouping different WCAG 2 techniques together under 1 notation.
