BAD - current status and next steps

Dear group,

Please find below a brief summary of the current status, and some of the 
next steps for finalizing the Demo:

# Status
  - all Demo pages have been approved (the Survey page still needs to be 
integrated into the main Demo pages)
  - there are some minor improvements that need to be done (such as the 
"quick links" or some CSS effects)
  - the evaluation data is being generated by Tom but we still need to 
create the evaluation report itself
  - the "wrapper pages" such as the overview, descriptions of barriers, 
or acknowledgments need updating

# Next steps
  - 10 July: integration of the Survey pages will be completed
  - 17 July: will bring to EOWG to ask for additional feedback
  - 27 July: complete Demo including all pages will be ready
  - 29 July: last teleconference to discuss any remaining issues
  - 31 July: announce Demo as a draft for testing and commenting
  - 2 September: resume the BAD TF meetings to discuss comments
  - end September: final publication of the Demo

While we will not be meeting for most of July and August, please stay 
current with the mailing list and respond to any questions in lieu of 
teleconference meetings.
