[Update] Before & After Demo Task Force (BAD TF)

Dear EOWG,

Sadly we are not as far as we would have hoped to be for this upcoming EOWG call. Still, the BAD TF would like to give you a brief status report of where we are with the project right now. The home page for the BAD Project is:
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/>

As reminder, please find the project description and requirement documents below:
* BAD TF Work Statement - defines the overall work statement of the Task Force
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/badtf>
* BAD Site Requirements - higher level requirements for the goals and approach
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/retrofit/requ-basite>
* BAD Site Features - more detailed requirements for the structure of the site
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/features>

At the previous update to EOWG, we asked for feedback on the features list (linked above). Since then, we have worked on developing a suitable visual design that meets the requirements and can accommodate the barriers defined in the features list; but that can also be made accessible without changing its overall look & feel. We also started implementing the actual pages for both the "before" (inaccessible) and "after" (accessible) version of the site.
 * Before Site
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/before/>
 * After Site
  <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/after/>

Please note that we are already aware of many issues on these demo pages. At this point in time, we are not looking for feedback on these pages, but just want to update you on the status of the project.

Regards,
  Shadi
