Just one quick comment, maybe it's better to use "more", "click here", and "go" etc rather than "clieck here for report" which may be too explanatory (seems wierd suggesting inaccessibility "improvements"). Also, the page seems quite far now so maybe you should stop working on it until the others catch up. If you have time, would you like to take a stab at the header, footer, or menu?
