Thanks for calling us on this. It would be great if we managed to improve the material at hand.

I will definitely be happy to bring in the work on roles and responsibilities as soon as there's a viable version available. There'S still a lot of work that needs to be done there and I'm still very much open to comments and questions about what we've developed so far: <http://www.w3.org/community/wai-engage/wiki/Accessibility_Responsibility_Breakdown>.

Looking forward to spending more time on this as soon as possible.
