Agenda:

Agenda+ Overall comment of changes

What do people think of these changes? Do they better align with the designer's perspective? Anything you disagree with?

Agenda+ User research first in teaching sequence?

Last meeting, we agreed that specifics in user research were needed for this curriculum. We have put them first in the sequence. In
the design process, user research generally comes before the rest of the contents we currently have in the outline. Instructors
whose students are not often involved in user research can skip this module if they feel they do not fit their purpose, but we are
providing a cohesive sequence of how the design process looks like. Do we all agree with this approach?

Agenda+ Should we avoid explicit mentions to different designer roles in LOs?

Last meeting, we agreed that this curriculum will be dealing with visual, interaction, and UX designer roles. However, explicit
mentions to each of the roles in learning outcomes could wrongly attribute responsibilities to just one subcategory, where they
might be several involved. For example, enough contrast ratios and distinguishable styles need to be provided in static pieces of
text on a web page, as well as in notification messages of an application. So, both the visual and interaction design need to be
aware of these.

Proposal is to:

- Mention that these modules are primarily designed for these subcategories in the future designer modules overview page
- Develop these modules based on these subcategories, but avoid explicit cross reference to visual, interaction, and UX designers
in learning outcomes.
