Agenda+ Proposal on changing resource title

We are proposing to change title to:
* Curriculum for Developers
* Curriculum for Designers
* Curriculum for Authors

Because

* It better identifies the role each of the curricula addresses.
* It better aligns with other WAI resources, for example,
  * ARRM's role definition document

Agenda+ Single Page Application Coverage

An EOWG participants asks to include references to single page applications, as they are becoming more and more relevant in
development contexts today.
We have several possibilities:

* Include them in the module Navigational Menus, as suggested.
* Include them in Module 6 Custom Widgets, Topic Keyboard and Focus Management.
* Create a separate module after Custom Widget that addresses dynamically generated pages and content more specifically.
