Re: question: WAI CC meeting time and schedule

Sometime ago we were encouraged through our CC calls to end our meetings
not on the hour, but 5 to 10 minutes ahead of the hour in order to
respect the common situation where many of us have yet another meeting
beginning on the next hour. APA and our task forces have tried, and
mostly succeeded, in following this approach. So, I really should have
no concern--except that I suspect we do really rather mean 12:30-13:00
and not 12:30-12:55.

All that to re-raise the question. Do we indeed intent to encourage all
our calls to provide break time by ending ahead of the hour?
