Scoping RQTF's work on AI

Hi Shawn:

I promissed you a response by today on a scoping statement. Jason,
Scott, and I have discussed and worked on a scoping statement which is
available here:

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rqtf/2024Aug/0002.html

I do not consider this finished for two reasons:

1.	I don't believe it's as clear and concise even for early work
	announcements as we would want;
2.	I believe our scope is wider than the two considerations Jason
names, but I've not yet updated with my thinking.

Despite my reservations above, I think it's time to get you into the
discussion. As we've said, we can always update.

Jason: Can we perhaps take this up on Wednesday's call as a priority top
agendum?

Best,
Janina
