    shawn: some meetings were in UTC vs other time zones
    ... complicated things the last few weeks
    ... I think we agreed that we wern't going to have them in UTC

    matatk: noticed I have this twice in my calendar

    internet + food

    maryjom: hoping for a publication early march for the 2nd draft
    of wcag2ict

    matatk: update on MAUR - Janina is looking for someone to fund
    her on that. Talking like a year
    ... Well-known URLs - using them for accessibility in a number
    of different ways. ED this year - but FPWD not this year but b4
    CSUN

    shawn: What about FAST

    matatk: actively recruiting for the FAST TF
    ... Can give an update next week

    Rachael: Expect an update to WCAG3 in Q12024

    She is very interested in the job. We are just doing the
    paperwork.
