Update to connection details

Hi Everyone,

I have updated the zoom connection details for our Monday meeting. The link on the WAI Coordination Call Teleconference Information page <https://www.w3.org/2017/08/telecon-info_waicc> should connect into the new meeting. There is also an ICS link on the page to import into your calendar of choice. If anyone has any problems, ping me on IRC, Slack or email and I can send through the details as well.

The longer term plan is to transition to using the W3C calendar. Unfortunately, that doesn’t quite work for groups like WAI-CC. I will try to find a timeline for when it will be available. Regardless of that for WAI-CC I am working with SysTeam to address the left over accessibility issues with the Calendar function.
